What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) and Apple Pay.  


How Secure Is My Online Order?

When you make an online purchase using your credit card, your information is entered into a secure web page that uses SSL encryption. This information is then sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.


Are There Any Exchange Rates?

All of our transactions are based in GBP. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.


Is Shipping Included In The Prices?

Yes, Free Shipping on all orders.


How Do I Change My Delivery Address?

Please contact us immediately if you need to change the delivery address. Once the item has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the address.


How Do I Cancel An Order?

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order. Once the item has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it for you.


How Long Does Shipping Take?

On the Shipping & Delivery page you can find all information about the delivery time. Once the order has been shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website.

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.


How Can I Track My Package?

Once the order has been shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking page.

To check the current status of your order, visit the Track Your Order page and enter your order number and the email address used to checkout.


My Tracking Says "No Information Available At The Moment"

For certain shipping companies, it may take 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed over 3 business days ago and you still have not received tracking information, please contact us.


Are All Of The Products In My Order Sent Together?

Products are occasionally sent separately to reach you as quickly as possible, to avoid additional charges or because they are being sent from separate distribution centres.


Can I Return My Order?

Yes, returns can be made up to 30 days after receiving your order, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us and we'll provide you with the closest returns address to you. Once we've received your return, we'll email you with a refund confirmation.


My Package is Lost

If your package is lost in transit or stolen, please contact us. We offer two options: a full refund or a single free-of-charge replacement per order.


My Product is Damaged or Defective

In the event of receiving a damaged or defective product, please send us a high-quality image or video of the issue. We will issue a replacement for the damaged or defective item. Note that the processing time for issuing a replacement is separate from shipping time.
